Support

Most questions are answered fastest by the treatment center running your community. For anything to do with the app itself, write to us directly.

Where to ask

Ask your center first

Your center controls invitations, membership, cohorts, what it publishes, and how its staff follow up. Anything about your place in the program, its records, or a decision it made is theirs to answer.

The center’s contact details are in the app under your center’s information.

Write to us about the app

Sign-in trouble, something not loading, a bug, an accessibility problem, or a question about how a feature works.

What to include

These five things let us answer on the first reply instead of the third.

  • The email address on your account.
  • The name of the treatment center running your community.
  • Which app you were using — the Alumni app on your phone, or the Staff Portal in a browser.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Roughly when it happened, and whether it has happened more than once.
Please do not send

Your password, and any private recovery detail you would not want in an email inbox. We never need either to help you, and we will not ask for them.

Common things

I have an invitation link that does not work

Invitation links are issued by your center and can expire or be replaced. Ask your center for a new link or center code.

I want to delete my account

You can do it in the app, or request it by email if you no longer have access. See Delete your Alumni account.

I am staff and cannot sign in

The portal is at staff.alumnicopilot.com. If two-step verification is blocking you, email us from your work address and we will walk through recovery with you.

Something is hard to use, or unreadable

Tell us what you were trying to do, what you use to get around — a screen reader, larger text, zoom, keyboard only — and where it broke down. Accessibility reports get a real fix, not a workaround.
