What is inside

Features

Two sides of one community. Alumni get something worth opening; staff get clear human work rather than a dashboard of numbers.

For alumni

An app on iPhone or Android that carries the center’s name, logo, and colors.

Recovery time

A live counter of years, months, and days, on a card that carries the center's name and can be shared when a member wants to.

A private daily check-in

Quick, private, and with a plain way to ask a real person at the center to reach out. Not a form that disappears into a queue — a request with an owner.

Meetings

Search Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous listings near you or by city and ZIP. Twelve further fellowships — SMART Recovery, Recovery Dharma, Refuge Recovery, LifeRing, Women for Sobriety, Al-Anon and more — link out to their own official finders. Your center can publish its own meetings too.

Attendance that stays yours

Plan to attend in one tap and keep a private attendance record. Staff have no read access to it.

A community feed with edges

Structured post types — a milestone, a small win, a meeting invitation, an encouragement request — rather than an open-ended wall. Members choose the kind of post, which keeps the space intentional.

Their people

A directory to find and stay connected with fellow alumni from the same center. A member can stay hidden from it, and can hide again at any time.

Private tools

A journal, a nightly reflection, a gratitude list, a meditation timer, and a member-owned recovery plan. Center staff cannot read any of them.

Recovery stories

A member can submit their story, and center staff review it before anything is published. Anonymous publication keeps the name and email off the copy other alumni see.

A weekly focus

One prompt a week, chosen by the center from an approved catalogue, answered with one of four preset responses. Small on purpose.

Help, quickly

A dedicated screen for the moment someone needs it: the center's own contacts alongside public crisis lines. It is not an emergency service and is not watched around the clock.

For staff

The Staff Portal, in a browser, on whatever a staff member already has open.

A browser, not an app

The Staff Portal runs in a browser. Nothing to install, no server to run, no IT project.

Member and staff management

Invite and manage alumni, staff, roles, and cohorts or class groups.

Publishing

Meetings, events, announcements, the weekly focus, resources, and aftercare steps — written by you, in your alumni's pocket.

One outreach list

Who asked for support, and who has gone quiet. Every row has an owner and a status, so follow-up does not fall between two people. It is a prompt for a human to make contact — never a score, a ranking, or a risk rating.

Community safety

Reports, moderation, and removal. A member's own block list stays private even from center staff.

Two-step sign-in

Authenticator-app verification, available on staff accounts today. It is optional rather than enforced; we will move centers to required after adoption, not before.

Center settings

Your branding, contact details, timezone, and which modules are switched on.

A staff activity record

An audit record of administrative actions taken inside your center.

What it is not

Worth being explicit about, because several of these are things a competing product may offer you as a feature.

  • Not a clinical record or an electronic health record.
  • Not a monitoring tool. It does not predict relapse and does not score anyone.
  • Not a generic social network. Communities are private to a single center.
  • Not a replacement for treatment or clinical care.
  • Not the consumer Recovery Co-Pilot app. No premium tiers, no competitions, no leaderboards.
