Delete your Alumni account
You can delete directly in the app or send a request here if you no longer have access. Never send your password or private recovery details by email.
Delete immediately in the app
Open Me, choose Delete my account, confirm your identity, and approve deletion. The app removes the account and associated data from active systems.
Request deletion without the app
Send the request from the email used for your account and include your treatment center’s name. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days and complete verified requests within 30 days unless a legal requirement calls for a different period.
What is removed, and what may remain
Deleted
Account, profile, authored posts and messages, check-ins, aftercare progress, support activity, and private writing.
May be retained
Legally required or time-limited security records. Referral leads may remain for the center, but your account email is removed from them.
