For treatment centers

Your center’s own alumni community, in an app.

A private, center-branded space where the people who leave your program stay connected — to your center, and to each other.

Alumni Co-Pilot is not a clinical record, not a monitoring tool, and not a replacement for treatment or clinical care.

What this is for

01

Your center stays connected after discharge

Alumni get an invitation from your center and land in a space that carries your name, your logo, and your colors. It is your community, not a generic app they happen to have installed.

02

Alumni receive tools useful enough to return to

Recovery time, a private daily check-in, meeting search and attendance, and the people they went through the program with. The app earns the next open on its own merits.

03

Staff get clear human work, not a wall of analytics

One short list: who asked for support, and who has gone quiet. Each row has an owner and a next step. It is a prompt for a person to make contact — never a score, a ranking, or a risk rating.

04

Privacy boundaries are part of the product architecture

Journals, reflections, gratitude entries, and a member's recovery plan are unreadable by staff. That is enforced in database rules, and an automated check fails the build if the boundary is ever crossed.

The problem on both sides of the desk

When someone leaves treatment they lose the structure, the relationships, and the easy access to support that helped keep them going. On your side, knowing how alumni are actually doing has meant cold-calling graduates or emailing survey links — slow, easy to ignore, and mostly unanswered.

Here, that picture builds itself as people simply use the app, and it stays at the level of a community rather than an individual.

A limit, stated up front

The center-facing view is built so that it cannot single out, score, or rank an individual member. It answers “how is our community doing,” never “what is this person doing.” That is a constraint in the database rules, not a policy we promise to keep.

Two sides, one community

For alumni

An app on iOS or Android that carries your center’s identity. Recovery time, a private check-in with a way to ask a real person for support, meetings, a community feed of structured posts, and private tools staff never see.

What alumni get

For staff

A browser portal. No app to install and no server to run. Publish meetings, events, announcements, resources, and aftercare steps; manage alumni, staff, and cohorts; and work one short outreach list with clear ownership.

What adoption involves

Where we stand on compliance

There is no such thing as a certified product here — HHS does not certify software, and compliance is a property of a deployment: the center’s role, the data flow, the signed agreements, and the configuration. We keep a written posture document covering how the architecture relates to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, what is built today, and what still needs an agreement between us. Your compliance team can have it, and we will answer their questions directly.
